Kristie leads the Agent & Agency Communication team at CSAA Insurance Group in California. As a part of the Customer Experience & Marketing division, the team is responsible for timely and engaging communications to thousands of insurance sales partners across 23 states and D.C.

In addition to marketing communication roles, Kristie’s background includes internal communication and change management in the financial services and healthcare industries. She is a longtime IABC member and a former San Francisco Bay Area IABC chapter board leader (VP Communication Channels, Executive Vice President, and President).

Kristie is a certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP) and holds a bachelor’s in Communication from Santa Clara University and a master’s in Communication & Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University.

She is also an active volunteer in her community as a kitten (and sometimes puppy) foster with a local animal rescue organization. In the past three years, Kristie’s family has helped raise over 30 foster kittens.
