Tami is president of Lexica Communications, Inc, a firm creating communications strategies and tools for businesses that want to educate, entertain, and energize their audiences.

Tami has been an IABC member for more than 25 years. In that time, she has served in many capacities including awards judging, corporate membership director, VP- Finance for IABC Minnesota, Finance Director for the Pacific Plains Regional Board, founder/organizer of the Convergence Summit, and as IABC Minnesota chapter president. She is also a member of the 500 Club.
